Whenever possible all card scans are from the latest, and hopefully most error free, set. Any card with significant artwork differences has had all versions available scanned.

These cards allow the use of Foreign, Exclusive, or Adapted Technology. In addition to these, all Bolaar and Vektrean ships as well as all Allied ships (Drone, Erodi, Pakta'don, Paraloid, Shon-ti, Tarra'ki, and Trochilidae) can use Adapted Technology; they may use Foreign Technology freely (only of the empire they're Allied with for the Allied Empires), and may use Exclusive Technology if they have a card which would allow them to use Foreign Technology.
