View or Modify Top of Deck
I have more fun with this ability than any other in the game. Being able to look at say, the top dozen of cards of your deck and arrange
to draw any two at the end of your turn is useful but doesn't generally honk off the other players enough to make you a target.

View Opponent's Hand or Draws (Scout Functions)
Being able to view your opponent's hand is the only thing makes the few available discard functions useful at all. With these so-called
"scout" functions youa re able to view your opponent's hand or at least a part of it. Most of the cards which allow you to discard from
your opponent's hand allow you to specify the card if it has just been viewed with a scout function. As I noted above discard decks are
not really a viable strategy.
